Hey guys, in between studying religion and science, don't forget to take care of your physical and mental health by moving actively! Exercise not only makes your body healthy and strong, but it can also make you happier and more motivated!

 

Why is exercise so important?

Fit Body, Clear Mind: Exercise makes our muscles stronger, increases our stamina, and keeps our heart and lungs healthy. As a result, we don't get tired easily, we can focus better on studying, and of course, we are more motivated to worship!

Bye-bye Stress and Sadness: Exercise releases the hormone endorphin which improves our mood and reduces stress. Not only that, we can also sleep better and wake up with new energy!

Maximum Confidence: Achieving fitness goals, such as being able to run longer or lift heavier weights, makes us proud of ourselves and more confident!

 

Let's Start Small!

You don't have to become an athlete right away! You can start with light activities that you enjoy, such as:

  • Walking or jogging around your school. ‍♀️‍♂️
  • Playing basketball, futsal, or badminton with friends.
  • Joining morning exercise or aerobics at the school field. ‍♀️
  • Helping parents clean the house or garden.

 

Tips to Make Exercise Fun:

  • Choose an activity you enjoy. Don't like running? Try swimming or playing ball!
  • Invite friends or family. Doing activities together is more fun and motivating!
  • Listen to music or podcasts that you like.
  • Set small goals and celebrate every achievement!
